We produce a full-color, full-size safety themed magazine featuring your members, community-focused content, and messages on topics like fire safety, crime prevention, road safety and domestic violence awareness. Each edition will feature a foreword from your association’s president, potential interviews with key contributors, and biographies of all board members. Distributed in print and digital formats, the magazine includes ads from local sponsors with the front cover reserved exclusively for your association.

TelExcel Caribbean, Inc. will prepare a straightforward agreement that includes a brief pre-launch testing phase to help ensure a successful campaign. Once both parties sign, we’ll promptly begin setting up everything needed to get started.
Program Discovery Meeting.
During this meeting, we’ll go over the campaign goals, choose the magazine’s theme or topic, set the schedule, and clarify each party’s responsibilities.

Using details from the discovery meeting and any materials you share, TelExcel Caribbean, Inc. will develop the campaign’s marketing collateral and send it to you for review and approval.
Campaign Begins!
We'll take it from there.
From there, TelExcel Caribbean, Inc. will get started with the fundraising campaign. You’ll receive weekly reports showing the names of sponsors, their level of participation, and the amounts contributed to date.

For over 30 years, our founder Robert D. Espitia (Bob) has partnered with nonprofits, especially police, fire, and sports associations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. In St. Maarten, we've supported groups like the Police Sports Association, Firefighters Foundation, Boxing Association, and Police Retirees (Justice Chain) Association.

We've led various campaigns from political outreach to international sports events but our core expertise is magazine fundraising for active and retired Police and Firefighters' associations.

Yes. We call everyone in your local directory.

All ad sales, sponsorships, and donations are deposited directly into the association’s designated bank account. Weekly financial reports provide full transparency, so you have complete oversight of all funds raised throughout the campaign.

TelExcel Caribbean, Inc., prepares all fundraising materials including letters, scripts, and emails and submits them to your team for final approval before use.

You’ll stay updated through weekly reports and check-in meetings with our director Bob Espitia. Together you will review campaign progress, confirm magazine content, and address any feedback to keep everything on track.

Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our program office so that you can hear how our Agents represent your organization and how your donors respond.

No. Our magazine fundraising program comes at zero cost to your association. It’s fully funded through sponsorships and ad sales, with all work handled by our team and your association receiving a share of the proceeds.

The full program runs over a 6-month period and includes three key phases:

  • Fundraising period: 16 weeks
  • Magazine layout and editing: 4 weeks
  • Printing and delivery: 4 weeks

This timeline ensures high quality production and a successful, well-coordinated campaign.
